How do I sign up?

Register your account with fynda is free of charge. Download our app on playstore or app store click on Sign up button. You can choose to be both (worker and a poster) at the same time, there’re no restrictions.

What can I do if I forgot my password?

If you can't remember your password, you can reset it by simple clicking forget password link on login screen.

How do reviews work?

Reviews help people believe in our community by creating a reliable way for members to know what to expect exactly from other users. Whether you have posted a task or you have completed one, tell about your experience.

How do I send a message?

You can only send a messages if your task has been assigned. This allows you to share contact details or discuss further about the task with the other users.

Private messages are not available before a task has been assigned, however users can ask questions and respond in the public comments area of a task.

How do I respond to comments on a task?

You can reply to specifically to the question asked on a task you posted.

How do I post a task?

Select category from the wheel on home screen and complete the form. Be sure to be clear in your scope, time and budget, as this helps workers know whether they have the skills and abilities to complete your task.

You'll receive offers from trustworthy workers for you to review who's best to complete the task.

When you accept an offer, you'll be able to communicate with the worker.

What type of tasks can I get done with Fynda?

Can I post personal info such as phone number or email?

To protect your safety and security, disclosure of private contact details is not allowed to be shared.

How do I choose the right worker for my task?

You can consider the workers who have made an offer on your task and assign the most suitable Tasker. We suggest you review the offers, profile pages, Verifications and reviews in making your decision about which worker is best suited to complete your task. If you'd like to clarify any details with a specific worker, you can ask them questions in the comments section.

How do I assign a worker to my task?

It's simple to assign a worker to your task by checking their reviews and choose preferred worker.

To review offers, click on the task you created and select Review Offers link below the task price and then click on worker profile to see their reviews.

Once you chose the right worker, select the Accept Offer button to assign the worker.

What are the safety measures to be followed when posting a task?

Ø It’s important for safety not to disclose your personal info like your full name, address or phone number when you post a task or comment on the task.

Ø Once you’ve chosen a worker to complete your task, you may need to provide more details about the task and you can simply to do that via private messages.

Ø Ask for more profile pictures if you want to check the authenticity of a member you’re about to work with.

Ø Try to be as specific as possible when you communicate with Taskers about your task. This helps to make sure both parties are always on the same page. Don't be afraid to ask the Tasker if they have the experience to do your task.

Ø Don’t pay the Tasker for your task until it has been completed and you are satisfied. If you are ever in a situation where you are not satisfied with the job, try to work with the Tasker to sort it out first, but if you need to take further action, you can always contact us.

When I meet a worker, how do I know they are who they say they are?

When you’re connecting with someone on fynda for the first time, remember to always check their profile and reviews before accepting any offers for your task.

We recommend you to ask the worker for identification and make sure it matches the details that are present on their profile.

How do I make an offer?

Ø Select the Browse Tasks tab and choose the task you are interested in

Ø Select the Make an Offer button and enter the price you’re willing to do the task for

Ø Its mandatory to leave a comment for the Job Poster to tell them why you are suitable person for the task

When will I receive the funds?

Once the poster has released the funds into your account please allow 1-5 business days for the funds to reach your registered bank account.

How do I rate and leave a review for the poster?

Once you finish a task, it’s necessary to leave an honest review of your experiences. That way all members can get a true impression when making their own decisions to work with others.

It’s best for yourself and the community as a whole to make your own judgement on what to leave in a review and not be swayed.

What are some safety tips should I follow as a worker?

Ø Meeting for the first time, try to meet people in a public place.

Ø Ask as many questions as you need to ensure that you can meet expectations.

Ø If you feel unsafe about the task you are about to do or the place that you have to go to let somebody know where you’re going.

My offer has been accepted, I don’t know what to do next?

Once your offer has been accepted the status of the task will change from Open to Assigned. At this point you can communicate with the poster via private messaging or calls inside the app.
